If you need a way to modify your dust blower to make it more functional Terry D from Canada shares a good idea

For anyone who has a less expensive saw that has an off-set metal dust blower tube as opposed to the flexible plastic blowers found on the higher end models and like me could never use the hold down attachment because it kept getting in the way.

Try adding a piece of rubber gas line ( 3/16" or whatever size fits your model ) cut to length to bring air down to where it is needed. It also prevents scratches on larger work pieces caused by the tube when trying to move your blade from hole to hole.

That's a great tip Terry, Thanks for sharing!
